Apple Cherry Chicken Salad
2c. diced chicken
½ c. chopped nuts
10 oz. jar Apple Cherry Chutney
¼-1/3 c. mayonnaise
Combine ingredients and serve on bread or salad greens. (to reduce fat, omit mayo)

Best Ever Baked Beans
10 oz jar Apple Cherry Chutney
2 – 15 oz. cans baked beans
½ lb. crisp bacon, crumbled (omit for vegetarian style)
Combine ingredients. Heat and simmer for one hour.

Wild Onion Meatloaf
10 oz. jar Wild Onion Salsa
2 lb. lean ground beef (or turkey)
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 t. garlic salt
½ t. black pepper
Combine ingredients. Shape in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour, uncovered. Drain off fat.  Serve warm or cold. Makes  a delicious sandwich. Top with more Wild Onion Salsa

Chutney Brie
Top a round of brie cheese with your favorite Westwood Farms fruit chutney. Heat in the microwave or oven until softened but not runny. Serve with cheese knife, crusty bread and apple slices.

Plum Good Lamb
Delicious and easy way to use less tender cuts of lamb
10 oz jar Paonia Plum Chutney
lamb shanks, lamb shoulder roast, lamb stew meat
Place meat and chutney in crock pot.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Start in the morning before leaving for the office and return home to a delicious meal already to eat.

Holiday Glazed Ham
Spread ham roast with Country Peach Chutney.  Bake in oven until heated through.  Slice and serve with Country Peach Chutney.

Savory Cottage Cheese
Top a serving of cottage cheese with any Westwood Farms Chutneys or Spreads.  Our favorites are Sweet Onion Balsamic or Lemon Rosemary Spreads

3 c. cooked long grain rice
½ c. pine nuts.
Combine ingredients and serve cold on a bed of salad greens.

Wild Bean Salad
10 oz. jar Wild Onion Salsa
1 – 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 c. kernel corn, frozen, fresh or canned
1 T. fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Combine ingredients. Serve on a bed of salad greens or with tortilla chips as a dip.  Great summer pot-luck dish.
